Can I exchange or return items?

We sell beautiful value for money sexy lingerie. We hope that you are going love every piece that you buy. However if you don't want a garment for any reason then you may return garments which do not fit or meet your expectations up to 30 days after receipt for a full 100% refund. The garment returned must be in “as new” condition and returned with original packaging. How do I return items

Please choose carefully before you purchase. be♥daring does not exchange any items (other than lingerie) for incorrect choice. This is due to obvious health and hygiene considerations. We would never put a returned personal item back into stock (even if returned in original packaging) and you would not want to purchase someone else's return.
Can I return faulty items? Is there a warranty?
Quality Control is as important to us as it is to you. An experienced team of buyers with decades of experience between them are responsible for the selection of the be♥daring range from over 60 suppliers in Australia, Asia, Europe & the USA. Many of the products are personally tested by our team, and poor performers are quickly identified and cut from our range. Other QC procedures include that every item is visually inspected, and every single battery operated toy has batteries inserted & is tested prior to dispatch. That said even the best toys are subject to some failure rates. If you suffer a failure we cover all our products with following unique warranties.

be♥daring offers a 'Unique be♥daring 12month Warranty' on all sex toys (excluding Male Stimulators and Love Dolls) with a regular retail sell price of $149 or more. If the item fails within 12months of purchase, as a result of a manufacturing defect we will replace the item OR refund you at your discretion.
In the event we replace the item we will dispatch the replacement item to you within 2 working days of receipt of the faulty item at our warehouse. Please allow delivery time as per When will I receive my order? This offer is unique to be♥daring and we are not aware of any other adult retailer offering a warranty as generous as this. Unique be♥daring 30 Day Warranty
All other faulty items not covered as above are covered by our 'Unique be♥daring 30 Day Warranty'. If an item fails within 30 days of receipt, as a result of a manufacturing defect we will replace the item or refund you at your discretion. In the event we replace the item we will dispatch the replacement item to you within 2 working days of receipt of the faulty item at our warehouse. Return Post Refunded
Further to our 'Unique be♥daring 12 Month and 30 Day Warranties we will e-Parcel the replacement free of delivery charge to you and if the item proves to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will also refund your reasonable return delivery fee so that you incur no costs to return.
The benefits under the 'Unique be♥daring Warranties 12 Month and 30 Day' are in addition to other rights and remedies under a law in relation to the goods and services.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Cost of delivery for returns
As per our warranty policies above in circumstances where the item returned is faulty, return delivery to you is free. In circumstances when Lingerie is returned for exchange due to incorrect choice, then a $10 delivery fee will be charged.
Before Returning Your Adult Toy
Before returning your faulty adult toy we recommend that you check the following list of simple checks. For example around 30% of toys returned simply have flat batteries, the batteries are in the wrong way or lids have not been correctly closed.
Some simple checks
Ensure that you are using the correct batteries. AA and AAA batteries do look similar.
Ensure that the batteries are inserted the correct way. The majority of toys have + / - indicators. In some toys all batteries are inserted with the terminals facing the same way e.g. ++, while other toys have the batteries in alternate directions e.g. + -.
Ensure that your batteries are charged. If you do not have a battery tester try brand new batteries.
Ensure that your battery connections are dry and have not been exposed to moisture.
Ensure that the lid is closed firmly. Some lids shut with a “click” to lock them in place.
Read the toys instructions if supplied. Some new toys (e.g. Swan) come with a locking sequence such that 2 buttons must be held down to unlock before power will come on.
