Please note: Click and Collect is NOT available instore. All Click and Collect orders must be picked up from our Warehouse situated at unit 5 / 1 Business Drive Narangba, 4504, QLD
How does it work?
- Pick out all your favourite items, and continue onto the checkout
- For your shipping option, select ‘Click and Collect’ and finish filling out the relevant information
- Be Daring The Adult Shop will contact you via email when your order is ready for collection.
When can I collect?
- Customers will be notified by email once their order is prepared and ready for collection.
- Orders placed before 12pm Monday - Friday will be prepared and may be collected same day.
- Orders placed after 12pm Friday will not be available for collection until 10am following Monday morning.
- Orders are not available for pick up on Queensland public holidays.
* Please note: Same day pickup is only available on weekdays, orders placed after 12pm Fridays will not be available until 10am Monday Morning
Where do I collect?
Our Click & Collect location, can be found at our Warehouse: Unit 5/1 Business Drive, Narangba, QLD, 4504.
- Please note: Our brick and mortar retail stores do not currently support Click & Collect.
What do I need to do/bring?
- Please wait for your confirmation email that your order is ready to be collected
- When collecting your goods at the Click & Collect warehouse, you are required to supply a copy of your Click & Collect notification email or invoice (printed or on your smart phone) and photo identification.
- If you’re sending someone else to pick up your order they need to bring:
- Their own valid photo ID and
- The order number and/or Invoice (On smartphone or printed)
Click & Collect Terms of Service
- Click & Collect orders cannot be modified once your order has been confirmed.
- All Click & Collect orders have the same returns policy as all purchases and can be seen here
- Click & Collect Orders must be collected within 28 days from the date you are notified by email that your Order is ready for collection. If your Order is not collected within this time, the Be Daring store has the right to allocate those goods to another customer and refund you. An administration fee may apply in the instance where you fail to collect your goods within the required time frame. Please contact the Customer Service Centre on 1800 666 069 if you’re unable to collect in that time frame.
- BeDaring The Adult Shop reserves the right to change or discontinue the Click & Collect service at any time, without notice.

- Order subject to relevant product(s) being in stock.
- Whilst we make every effort to have your order ready for collection at the agreed time, please note we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Please note that you will be unable to collect your order earlier than the agreed time slot.
- The usual Be Daring Adult Shop Terms and Conditions
- All goods must be signed for on pick up by an adult aged 18 years or over.
- Proof of identification and the order email confirmation must be presented at reception before any goods can be received by the customer.
- Please note during major sales event and promotions, Click & Collect may be temporarily unavailable.
